Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and usually take 4 to 7 working days.
• Please note that these timelines are indicative and may vary due to order volume or unforeseen circumstances.
• We offer free shipping across India.

International Shipping

• We will be starting international shipping soon. Thanks for your patience!

Return Shipping

• In case of a verified damage claim, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
• If the request is submitted without a damage claim, we will arrange the reverse pickup and delivery of a replacement product; however, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. 
• If reverse pickup service is not available, the customer may courier the parcel back to us and the shipping cost will be reimbursed for damage product case.

Incomplete Deliveries

Kanak Riti is not responsible for failed or incomplete deliveries in the following cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
• Incorrect contact details (phone/email), preventing the courier partner from making contact.
• Failure by the customer to collect the package after one or two delivery attempts by the courier service.
