Return & Exchange Policy

While we take the utmost care to deliver the right product, we understand that in rare cases, items may arrive damaged. Please review our policy below:

• • No Refunds are allowed once an order is placed.

  • For exchange product must be – unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• A parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage) is mandatory for any exchange request.

• You must contact us at email : support@kanakriti.com or WhatsApp: +91 9831633500 within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with the parcel opening video.
• If your claim is valid, we will ship a replacement. If the same item is unavailable, you may select another product of equal value. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Damage product exchange

• Free exchanges are allowed only in case of product damage, where free shipping will be provided.

Regular product exchange

•  In a regular exchange case (no damage), shipping charges will apply as per actual costs and must be borne by the customer. 

• Regular exchange request will be accepted, only once for a purchased product. To ensure a comfortable fit, we recommend ordering one size larger.

Please note: Slight variations in color, finish, or fabric may occur due to screen resolution or camera lighting. These do not qualify as damage and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. On-sale products cannot be exchanged/returned.

Order Cancellation by Kanak Riti

In certain situations, we may be unable to accept or fulfill your order and may need to cancel it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Reasons for cancellation may include:

• Limited stock availability

• Errors in product or pricing information

• Issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team

• Requirement of additional verification or information

If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, we will inform you promptly. In cases where payment has already been made, the amount will be reversed to your account.

By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute our cancellation decision and to accept our terms.
