Return & Exchange Policy
At Kanak Riti, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our policy below.
- Return & Exchange Window (Important)
Return or exchange requests are accepted only within 24 hours of receiving the product and must be supported with a complete parcel opening/unboxing video.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery or without an opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Mandatory Opening Video Requirement
A clear parcel opening/unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the sealed package is compulsory for any return or exchange request.
The video must:
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening
- Show the product condition after opening
- Highlight any damage or issue (if applicable)
Requests without this video cannot be processed.
- Product Condition for Return or Exchange
To qualify for return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- Returned with original tags intact
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received by us and successfully passes quality verification.
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must meet all return eligibility conditions
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- A valid parcel opening/unboxing video must be provided
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the refund request may be declined.
- Return & Exchange Shipping Policy
Return or exchange is available for all regular products, except products on sale and provided the request is made within 24 hours of delivery with a valid opening video.
- For damaged products: replacement shipping will be arranged by us at no extra cost
- Exchange requests are allowed only once per order
- Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Requests without opening video proof
- Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Slight fabric texture variation
- Sale or discounted products

Kanak Riti reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
